Once upon a bright day, determined Sam decided to embark on a grand adventure. He packed his backpack with fruit, a map, and his most favorite friend. One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.

Sam's New Friend

Sam was having a little down. He hoped to have a new pal to play with. One day, while he was running in the yard, he spotted something interesting. It was a little creature with bright scales. Sam carefully walked over to the creature and asked, "Hello! What's your identity?" The creature laughed and told Sam, "You can call me Lily!" And so, Sam made a new mate. They spent the rest of the day playing together.

Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be best friends forever.
